Fate SMP Store - Terms of Service (starter draft, not legal advice)

1. About these terms. By buying from the Fate SMP Store you agree to these terms. Fate SMP is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

2. What you're buying. Shards are a virtual, in-game currency for use only on the Fate SMP server. They have no real-world cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the server.

3. Delivery. Shards are delivered to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Make sure it is spelled correctly; we are not responsible for purchases made to the wrong username. If your Shards haven't arrived, contact staff on our Discord with your order ID.

4. Account rules. Purchases do not exempt anyone from server rules. Players banned for breaking the rules lose access to purchased items and are not owed a refund.

5. Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Chargebacks. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in a ban from the server.

7. Changes. We may update prices, packages, or these terms at any time. The version shown at the time of purchase applies to that order.

Refund Policy (starter draft, not legal advice)

Because Shards are delivered as digital, in-game currency, purchases are generally final once delivered. If something went wrong (you were charged but didn't receive your Shards, or you were charged twice), contact staff on our Discord with your order ID within 14 days and we'll make it right, either by delivering the Shards or issuing a refund.
